SoCo / Penn Field Project
We would like to inform you about an upcoming construction project at Penn Field’s building D. Building D is located at the southwest corner of the property along Alpine Rd between the water tower and The Davis SoCo Apartments and Fine Southern Gentlemen.
Our company will be installing an environmentally-friendly geothermal HVAC system at this location which will involve large construction equipment and drilling.
Construction activities will take place mainly on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays between 7:00AM and 6:00PM. Work is scheduled to begin on November 6, 2023 and conclude around mid-January 2023. However, we understand that delays may occur and construction may take longer than originally expected.
We will be providing regular updates to work days, timeline extensions, and other updates to our schedule at this calendar link.
We are aware that portions of our construction work may generate a considerable amount of noise and may affect tenants with closer proximity to Building D.
Please be aware of the construction schedule and how that may affect any scheduled meetings, events, etc. Steps will be taken to minimize the noise levels as much as possible.
